Important
2014 Tax Document Information

Like most public libraries, Richmond Heights Memorial Library is happy to offer individual tax forms and instructions to those unable to access this information via computer.  Unfortunately, this year, due to Congressional budget cuts effecting the IRS, libraries, including ours, are ONLY receiving individual copies of the following federal tax forms for distribution:
  • Form 1040
  • Form 1040EZ
  • Form 1040A
NO INSTRUCTIONS ARE BEING SENT TO ANY LIBRARY IN THE U.S.

Beyond the forms listed above,  your tax form and instruction options are:

1.)  Make copies of the forms/instructions you need from Publication 1132, Reproducible Copies of Federal Tax Forms and Instructions (soon to be available at the library, however it has not been sent to us yet.)

2.)  For Federal forms go to http://IRS.gov/Forms (for State forms go to http://dor.mo.gov/personal )  in order to view, download and print the documents you need. This can be done at the library or at home.  Library staff will be happy to help.

3.)  The Richmond Heights Memorial Library has a limited number of copies of the 1040, 1040A and 1040EZ Instruction books available for 7-day checkout.  Please ask reference staff for assistance.

4.)  Go to http://IRS.gov/orderforms to order tax products to be delivered by mail free of charge.

5.)  Call 1-800-829-3676 to request tax forms to be mailed to your home free of charge.

6.)  Use the e-file option at http://www.irs.gov/Filing/E-File-Options

Local IRS Tax Office:  1222 Spruce Street, St. Louis, MO 63103 (314-612-4002)

Never Let Me Go

by Kazuo Ishiguro

From the Booker Prize-winning author of The Remains of the Day comes a devastating novel of innocence, knowledge, and loss. As children Kathy, Ruth, and Tommy were students at Hailsham, an exclusive boarding school secluded in the English countryside. It was a place of mercurial cliques and mysterious rules where teachers were constantly reminding their charges of how special they were. Now, years later, Kathy is a young woman. Ruth and Tommy have reentered her life. And for the first time she is beginning to look back at their shared past and understand just what it is that makes them special-and how that gift will shape the rest of their time together.
